Le Ligne Tote — No. 0142
A flat-patterned carryall built around a single architectural seam. Cut from a 3.4 mm vegetable-tanned shoulder hide, saddle-stitched at 7 SPI with waxed linen thread, and finished edge-to-edge by one artisan over fourteen hours.

Three numbered pieces, three named makers.
Every Flapierre piece is logged in a public archive — batch number, hide lot, and the artisan who finished it. Drops are limited to 200 or fewer; once a batch sells through, it is retired.

The Single-Artisan Signature
One piece, one maker, one monogram.
From the first cut to the final burnish, every Flapierre piece is finished end-to-end by a single named artisan — and heat-stamped with their initials inside the lining.

N° 01
A monogram inside the lining.
Each lining is finished with a small heat-stamped monogram of the artisan who completed the piece — a quiet record of the hands that made it. If the piece ever needs work, it is returned to that same maker through our lifetime restoration program.

N° 02
Saddle-stitched at 7 SPI.
Every structural seam is hand saddle-stitched at seven stitches per inch — twice the industry standard — using waxed linen thread from Fil au Chinois. A broken lockstitch does not unravel; the rest of the seam holds while it is repaired.

Restored for life, at cost.
Any Flapierre piece, regardless of age, is returned to its original artisan for repair at cost. Edge re-burnishing, lining replacement, thread re-stitching — the maker who first finished the piece decides how it should be brought back.
